OneSpaWorld Holdings came into this earnings print already on a tear, with the stock up double digits over the past month and then jumping another 7.2% to about US$30 after the Q3 2026 release. Traders responded to one thing first. The spa operator delivered another quarter of record revenue at US$276.5m and pushed adjusted net income higher, reinforcing the earnings trend behind that premium 36x trailing P/E.
The immediate move highlights how strong sentiment is right now. The more important question is how long the strongest positive trend in profit growth can justify that valuation over the next few years.

Management keeps calling AI a growth driver in this quarter’s beat. Ask Charlie what OneSpaWorld’s AI push really adds to growth.
The bullish pitch assumes OneSpaWorld can convert medi spa rollout and AI tools into richer guest spend and higher profitability.
"The main factor is that medi-spa services, AI tools across the fleet and rising prebooked service volumes continue to translate into higher revenue per guest and better margins without offsetting cost pressures."
Q3 backs up that ambition. Revenue per guest rose 3.3%, service margins improved and net margin on a trailing basis ticked up to 8.3% from 7.9%. Prebooked services climbed to 23.2% of service revenue. At the same time, adjusted EBITDA grew faster than sales, which suggests operating costs are not overrunning the mix and tech gains.
The sceptical view is that resort softness and heavier overheads could sap the benefit of shipboard growth.
"Weakness in the destination resort and product businesses, including recent declines in resort revenue and softness in product sales following exits from certain European operations and a shift toward medi spa services with limited retail attachment, could offset shipboard gains and weigh on total revenue and earnings growth."
Q3 resort and product trends still lean that way, with resort revenue described as lower and retail sales softer after the UK and Italy shake up. Yet total revenue still advanced 7% and adjusted EBITDA grew 12%, and guidance for full year revenue of about US$1.035b and adjusted EBITDA around US$139m was raised, which indicates shipboard momentum more than covered those weak spots this quarter.
