Greenland Holdings announced that in the third quarter of 2026, it achieved operating income of 23.795 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 28.33%; net loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 420 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 86.81%. The first three quarters of 2026 achieved operating income of 90.51 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 29.12%; net loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 722 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing of 89.21%; and net cash flow from operating activities was 1,583 billion yuan, an increase of 326.31% year on year. The decline in revenue was mainly due to the year-on-year decline in the carry-over scale of the real estate industry and the revenue scale of the infrastructure industry affected by the downturn in the industry.
