Eurozone's Quarterly GDP Up 0.4% in Q3, Flash Data Shows

06:11 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The euro area's quarterly gross domestic product ticked up 0.4% in the third quarter, after a 0.6% rise in the prior three-month period, flash data from Eurostat showed Friday. Analysts expected a 0.2% growth. On a yearly basis, the eurozone economy grew 1.3% during the quarter, against the 1.2% expansion in the previous three months and the consensus estimate of a 1.1% increase.
