Good (06051): Zheng Chengjie resigns as joint company secretary

Zhitong Finance App News, Youzan (06051) announced that Mr. Zheng Chengjie (Mr. Zheng) (currently the director of Fangyuan Enterprise Service Group (Hong Kong) Limited, a professional enterprise service provider) has resigned as the Company's Joint Company Secretary (Joint Company Secretary) and the Company's authorized representative (authorized representative) under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (Stock Exchange) Securities Listing Rules (Listing Rules) due to other work arrangements. Mr. Zheng has confirmed that there are no differences of opinion between him and the board of directors, and that no matters relating to his resignation should be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders and the Stock Exchange.

After Mr. Zheng resigns as Joint Company Secretary, the other Joint Company Secretary, Ms. Han Xia (Ms. Han), who has been confirmed by the Stock Exchange to meet the qualifications required by section 3.28 of the Listing Rules to act as Company Secretary, will act as the sole company secretary of the Company.

The board of directors further announced that Mr. Zheng was reappointed as the Company's Assistant Company Secretary and that Ms. Han was appointed as an authorized representative with effect from October 30, 2026.
