Ultimately, the actual investment in project construction shall prevail, and there is no need for shareholders' review and approval. The project has completed the preliminary feasibility study and filing, and preliminary preparations are underway. It is planned to start construction in April 2027, aiming to have test capacity on April 30, 2028. The funding sources are own funds and financing from financial institutions.
