The company's shareholders transferred 494 million shares to Keystone Securities and 494 million shares from Futu Securities International Hong Kong.

Previously, CNPC announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of HK$11.641 million, a year-on-year decrease of 69.68%; losses attributable to the owners of the Company were HK$15.4.46 million, an increase of 39.1% over the previous year; and a loss of 1.75 HK cents per share.
