Endeavour Mining Pauses Underground Activities at Mana Gold Mine in Burkina Faso

The subsidence restricted access to the Dangouna and Aviera underground portals at the project, the mining company said Monday. No one was harmed during the incident, and the company evacuated the workers and informed local authorities. The company added that it is evaluating options to mitigate the impact of the incident, including the restart and acceleration of mining activities in the Wona portal, which remains accessible, and other near-mine open pits.
