Australian Energy Construction (01183): Gao Ke was appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Australian Energy Construction (01183) announced that Ms. Chen Baoyi has resigned as (i) an independent non-executive director of the Company; (ii) the chairman of the Company's Audit Committee; and (iii) a member of the Company's Nomination Committee and a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee, effective from November 2, 2026.

Mr. Zhang Qiaochu has resigned as (i) an independent non-executive director; (ii) Chairman of the Nomination Committee; and (iii) a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from November 2, 2026.

Ms. Gao Coco was appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from November 2, 2026.

Mr. Lai Nuanxin was appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, member of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee with effect from November 2, 2026.

Following the resignation of Ms. Chen and Mr. Zhang, (a) Ms. Gao has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from November 2, 2026; and (b) Mr. Lai has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from November 2, 2026.
