Pandox Completes Sale of Dalata Hotel Group's Hotel Operations to Scandic Hotels

11:30 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pandox (PNDX-B.ST) concluded the sale of Dalata Hotel Group's hotel operations business to Scandic Hotels Group (SHOT.ST), which paid 500 million euros on a cash and debt-free basis upon deal completion. The deal covers 57 hotels, including the Clayton Hotels and Maldron Hotels brands, bolstering Scandic's market position in northern Europe, particularly in Ireland and the UK, Scandic said in a Monday statement. In a separate release, Pandox said the transaction marks the completion of Dalata's legal separation, with the company retaining the ownership of Dalata's hotel property business. New revenue-based lease agreements were also signed with Scandic, spanning 30 years.
