The company's shareholders transferred 11.192 million shares to Yuanta Securities Hong Kong and 34.2065 million shares from Hongzhi Securities.

On October 30, Chenghui International's stock price plummeted, falling by more than 82% in a single day, leaving only about HK$80 million in market capitalization. On November 2, the stock continued to fall by nearly 30%.
