05:22 AM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FAB Securities updated its rating on Mashreqbank (DFM:MASQ) to hold from reduce, with the price target revised to 325 Emirati dirhams, following the company's third-quarter results. The research firm said Tuesday the Dubai-listed bank's attributable net profit of 2.03 billion dirhams, up 20.7% year over year, surpassed its forecast of 1.83 billion dirhams. Total operating income also rose 11.9% to 3.58 billion dirhams, against FAB's estimate of 3.49 billion dirhams. "Overall, capital ratios remained comfortably above regulatory requirements, supporting further balance sheet expansion. MASQ continues to focus on expanding wholesale, retail and SME franchises, strengthening trade and transaction banking relationships and leveraging its international network to support the balance sheet growth," analysts wrote. "We expect MASQ's strong lending momentum, diversified income base, improving asset quality and comfortable capital position to support long term outlook." The stock's price target stood at 270 dirhams as of Aug. 4, according to the research firm's website.
