The Zhitong Finance App learned that FORTIOR (01304) rose more than 7%. As of press release, it had risen 6.79% to HK$113.2, with a turnover of HK$35.25,600.

According to the news, recently, FORTIOR announced its results for the first three quarters of 2026. The group achieved operating income of 842 million yuan, an increase of 50.88% over the previous year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 284 million yuan, an increase of 69.63% over the previous year. Zheshang Securities pointed out that in the third quarter of a single quarter, the company achieved revenue of 281 million yuan, an increase of 53.59% over the previous year; net profit to mother was 84 million yuan, an increase of 66.54% over the previous year. In the first three quarters, the company invested 114 million yuan in R&D, up 3.64% year on year. The year-on-year decline in R&D expenses was mainly due to revenue growth faster than R&D growth, rather than a reduction in investment.

Guosheng Securities pointed out that the company plans to acquire 100% of the shares of Dutch sensor company Sciosense B.V., for US$118 million (about 804 million yuan) in cash through Fengyi Microelectronics, a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, China. It forms a “major transaction” according to Hong Kong listing rules, and still needs to be reviewed and approved by the shareholders' meeting. Strategically, this acquisition has filled the gap in the “physical sensing” link other than the company's main control chip, forming an integrated “motor drive chip and sensor” solution. The application scenarios extend from chips to automotive electronics, industrial control, and artificial intelligence; targeted channels in the Netherlands, Germany, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region can support the company to go overseas, and its European foundry system can also form a cost reduction collaboration with the company's supply chain advantages.
