Netel Finalizes Merger With Infrea

06:40 AM EST, 11/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Netel Holding (NETEL.ST) completed its merger with Infrea, taking over the infrastructure group's assets and liabilities, the Swedish infrastructure contracting company said Wednesday. Infrea's last day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm was Nov. 3, before the merger was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on Nov. 4. Netel issued 119.6 million new shares as merger consideration, increasing its share capital by 1.84 million kronor. Infrea shareholders registered on Nov. 5 will be entitled to the new shares, which are expected to be distributed around Nov. 9. The combined company plans to propose changing its name to NETELINFRA Holding at an extraordinary general meeting on Nov. 26.
