Bama Tea (06980) and Wang Xinji enter into a framework agreement for the sale and procurement of tea and other tea products

Zhitong Finance App News, Bama Tea Industry (06980) announced that on November 4, 2026, the Company and Wang Xinji (a related subsidiary of the Company) entered into a framework agreement for the sale and procurement of tea and other tea products. The supplier group will supply tea and other tea products to Wang Xinji and/or its subsidiaries from time to time during the sales and procurement framework agreement period (this period will begin on January 1, 2027 and continue until December 31, 2029).

The Board of Directors (including independent non-executive directors) believes that the terms of the framework agreement for the sale and procurement of tea and other tea products are fair and reasonable, are based on general or more favorable commercial terms, are carried out in the daily and general business processes of the Group, and conform to the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders. Wang Xinji is positioned in the high-end tea market and targets high-net-worth customers. The proposed transactions under the agreement will support the Group's expansion in this market and create additional growth opportunities. This cooperation is an initiative for the Group to actively expand its business, which can bring incremental results and strengthen the Group's overall operational resilience. This move will help the Group's long-term steady development of its business.
