RAMSEY, N.J. (AP) — RAMSEY, N.J. (AP) — Adma Biologics Inc. (ADMA) on Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $49.9 million.

On a per-share basis, the Ramsey, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 22 cents.

The infectious disease drug developer posted revenue of $141.1 million in the period.

Adma Biologics expects full-year revenue of $530 million.

Adma Biologics shares have declined 43% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $10.48, a decline of 28% in the last 12 months.
