As the disclosure of the third quarterly report officially came to an end, the position map of foreign-funded institutions surfaced. According to the data, as of September 30, a total of 49 qualified overseas institutional investors appeared in the top ten shareholder lists disclosed by more than 1,500 listed companies. The market value of QFII's holdings exceeded 270 billion yuan, an increase of 79.87% over the previous year. Among them, foreign holdings such as Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, UBS, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan Chase have the highest market value. This reflects the continued recognition by foreign investors of the value of China's asset allocation in the context of a high level of opening up China's capital market to the outside world. Foreign investors prefer science and innovation fields such as artificial intelligence hardware. Judging from the holding sector, the electronics and banking industries are still heavy holdings for foreign-funded institutions. By the end of the third quarter, the two industries accounted for more than 60% of the market value of positions held. Among them, the market value of the electronics industry's holdings was 83.683 billion yuan, accounting for 30.91%; the market value of the banking sector's holdings was 81.01 billion yuan, accounting for 29.96%.
