Semiconductor sealing and testing leader Riyueguang plans to invest NT$123.7 billion to expand advanced sealing and testing capacity to cope with the wave of AI and high-efficiency computing. Sun Moon Light will add intelligent production lines in factories such as Nanzi Science Park, Nanke Kaohsiung Park, and Tainan Park. The investment will fully introduce AI and big data analysis technology, integrate automation, highly heterogeneous machinery and microsystem packaging to promote intelligent digital transformation of factories; at the same time, set solar power generation equipment to implement green manufacturing goals.
