Ge Ju, deputy director of the Development Planning Department of the National Energy Administration, said that electricity substitution will continue to be further promoted. By 2030, the share of electricity in China's terminal energy consumption will increase to about 35%. In the field of transportation, the National Energy Administration will promote the construction of charging and switching infrastructure with high quality, and build charging infrastructure networks with urban, highway, and rural point layouts. By 2030, there will be more than 40 million charging infrastructures, forming a charging service capacity to support more than 110 million electric vehicles.
