Advertising technology revenue grew 132% in the third quarter.
Entravision agreed to sell its Tampa television stations for $30 million.
Management reduced debt by $15 million year to date in 2026.
On its third-quarter 2026 earnings call, held on Nov. 5, 2026, Entravision (NYSE:EVC) announced an 88% increase in consolidated revenue to $226 million. The company is pivoting toward digital advertising technology while restructuring its legacy television broadcast operations. Three things management said stand out.
The advertising technology and services (ATS) segment, which delivers digital ad platforms and performance marketing, generated $177 million in revenue during the quarter. Leadership continues to direct capital into software engineering talent and infrastructure to scale platform capacity.
ATS is the growth engine for Entravision, and we continue to invest to build our business.
-- Michael Christenson, Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board
Traditional broadcast operations face ongoing revenue shifts, prompting leadership to evaluate options for its television assets rather than sign long-term distribution renewals. Selling station assets generates cash while management cuts overhead expenses across legacy operations.
... we have decided to explore strategic alternatives for our TV business without a Univision affiliation.
-- Michael Christenson, Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board
Cash flows currently go toward debt paydown and quarterly dividends, but leadership plans to reset its deployment strategy. Repaying $15 million in debt year to date provides financial flexibility as the core business model shifts.
It is appropriate for management and the board to take a fresh look.
-- Mark Boelke, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer
Digital transaction processing is expanding quickly, and leadership is directing capital toward platform scalability while maintaining cost discipline. Entravision retains structural advantages through its Hispanic market footprint and digital platform reach.
Our goal is to build a solid foundation for growth over the long term.
-- Mark Boelke, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer
As legacy media assets undergo strategic restructuring, leadership is focusing capital deployment on expanding its active advertiser base.
Again, our strategy is to invest in our ATS business to drive growth in revenue and operating income.
-- Michael Christenson, Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board
