Lebtech Construction wins contracts worth RM26mil

PETALING JAYA: Lebtech Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Lebtech Construction Sdn Bhd, has secured two separate contracts worth a total of RM26.4mil.

The first contract, valued at RM21mil, pertains to the development of 104 two-storey terrace houses in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Lebtech Construction has accepted a letter of award from Brighton Land Sdn Bhd for the main building works.

The project includes the construction of eight corner units, 88 intermediate units and eight end units, along with a TNB substation. Located on a part parcel in Seksyen U13, Shah Alam, the project commenced on Jan 28, 2025, with completion expected within 18 months.

In a separate announcement, Lebtech said its subsidiary has also been appointed by Tekun Teraju Teknik (M) Sdn Bhd to undertake various components of construction and water-related works in Klang, Selangor.

This second contract is valued at RM5.4mil, with no further details provided.
