PETALING JAYA: SJEE Engineering Sdn Bhd, a 51%-owned subsidiary of Southern Score Builders Bhd, has secured a subcontract project from a “Customer A” to act as the sub-contractor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance, and warranty of electrical works.

The subcontract is worth RM102.68mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Southern Score Builders said the project commenced on April 14 and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.

“The subcontract price shall be firm and fixed and represents the lump sum contract amount which is inclusive of all present and future taxes, duties, levies and other similar charges imposed by the relevant authorities including without limitation to sales and services tax,” the group said.

While stating that it is unable to disclose the identity of Company A due to a non-disclosure agreement executed by both parties, Southern Score Builders said Company A is principally engaged in activities of construction of buildings and other construction installations.
