On December 26, it was determined that the transferee was Changsha Shengchen. On December 29, Jinkai Limited signed a “Property Rights Transaction Contract” with it. The transfer price was 15.58485 million yuan, and the full payment was received, and the transfer was completed. After the transaction was completed, Changsha Shengchen's shareholding was 51%, and Jinkai Limited's shareholding fell to 49%. This transaction is still subject to formalities such as registration of industrial and commercial changes.
