Samsung Electronics' fab in Tyler, Texas, USA, is speeding up the full layout of advanced manufacturing processes, and the process has been upgraded from the original plan of 4nm to 2nm. Taylor Fab has recently placed an order for semiconductor manufacturing equipment that matches 2nm. The first batch of equipment will be introduced in March 2026. The initial manufacturing plan will begin as early as the second quarter of 2026, and large-scale mass production will be achieved by 2027. Taylor Fab originally planned an initial production capacity level of 20,000 wafers per month, but the target has now been raised to 50,000 wafers per month.
