Zhitong Finance App News, Wanli Printing (08385.HK) announced that on December 29, 2025, Jade View Limited (Jade View), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation (strategic memorandum) with Yunxin Communications Limited (Yunxin Communications) (collectively referred to as the contracting party). According to the strategic memorandum, during the first three years, Yunxin Communications will subcontract its media-related printing projects to Jade View. The two sides will also jointly plan Yunxin Communications advertising campaigns and share corporate resources. The two parties will set up a joint working group to monitor the implementation of each project.
