Rainbow Co., Ltd. announced that in order to meet the daily operation and development needs of the holding subsidiary Hefei LCD, the company signed a “Maximum Guarantee Contract” with the Hefei Chengdong Branch to provide a joint liability guarantee guarantee for its 765 million yuan financing credit. A guarantee balance of 1,797 million yuan has already been provided for this guarantee. If fully implemented, the guarantee balance will reach 2,562 million yuan, and the guarantee amount can be used after this guarantee is 282.5 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantees of the company and its holding subsidiaries were 9.206 billion yuan, accounting for 42.78% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
