I learned from the first Youth Academic Conference of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences held in Beijing a few days ago that in recent years, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences has thoroughly implemented talent projects, strengthened the training of young academic talents, established a full-cycle talent training system such as the “Young Scholar Mentorship System,” “Qingqi Plan,” and “Peiyuan Plan,” stepped up efforts to break up titles, and focus on creating an institutional environment conducive to young talents to stand out.
