By 2027, the maturity level of intelligent manufacturing capacity of vehicle benchmark enterprises will rise one level, the digital level of parts companies will increase significantly, the penetration rate of R&D and design tools will exceed 95%, and the numerical control rate of key processes will exceed 70%; the labor productivity of all employees in the industry will increase by 10% compared to 2025, shorten the product development cycle and delivery cycle by 20%; create replicable and promoted smart factory models; cultivate more than 20 intelligent manufacturing system solution suppliers suitable for industrial characteristics and international advanced digitalization Transformation and intelligent manufacturing standard system, technology supply system and talent training system. By 2030, the overall digital intelligence development of the industry will reach a high level, and digitalization and business will be deeply integrated; large, medium, and enterprises will develop digitally in a coordinated manner, and the supplier system will continue to improve; and a digital public service system that matches the level of industry development will basically be built to support a significant increase in the level of security.
