Kangda Foods (00834): Gao Si-shi has been appointed as Executive Director

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Kangda Food (00834) announced that since December 30, 2025: Mr. Gao Sishi has been appointed as an executive director and chairman of the board of directors; Mr. Gao Yanxu has been appointed as CEO; Mr. Sun Gang, Mr. Huo Weixiong and Ms. Liu Biqi have been appointed as independent non-executive directors; Ms. Lang Ying has resigned as executive director and chairman of the board of directors; and Mr. Hua Shi, Ms. Li Ying and Mr. Wang Cheng have resigned as independent non-executive directors.

Following the change of directors: Ms. Lang Ying ceased to be the chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee; Mr. Hua Shi ceased to be the Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee, a member of the Company's Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee; Ms. Li Ying ceased to serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Wang Cheng ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.

The board of directors also announced that Mr. Gao Yanxu and Ms. Au Yongshi have been jointly appointed as the authorized representative of the Company as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and that Ms. Lang Ying will no longer act as the authorized representative of the Company, effective December 30, 2025.
