Jinshan Software announced that the company signed a new framework agreement with Xiaomi to extend the existing partnership until December 31, 2028. According to the agreement, Jinshan Software Group will continue to provide comprehensive services to the Xiaomi Group, including promotion, customized email development, licensing and subscription services, and co-operate games. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Group will provide promotion and other supporting services to Jinshan Software. Since the recommended annual maximum percentage ratio for transactions under the agreement exceeds 0.1% but is less than 5%, it is subject to reporting, announcement and annual review requirements, but independent shareholder approval is exempt. As a major shareholder of Xiaomi, Mr. Lei Jun has relinquished his right to vote on relevant board resolutions.
