The wholesale price index for “vegetable basket” products was 131.80, down 0.06 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 17.59 yuan/kg, down 0.8% from yesterday; beef 65.87 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from yesterday; lamb 62.84 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from yesterday; eggs 7.42 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday; and white striped chicken 17.79 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday. The average price of the 28 types of vegetables monitored was 5.63 yuan/kg, the same as yesterday; the average price of the 6 types of fruit monitored was 7.92 yuan/kg, up 1.8% from yesterday. Carp is 19.17 yuan/kg, down 1.2% from yesterday; carp is 13.91 yuan/kg, down 1.2% from yesterday; white mackerel is 10.54 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from yesterday; and large octopus is 41.22 yuan/kg, up 3.3% from yesterday. Today, out of the 46 varieties monitored by the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were jufeng grapes, octopus, bananas, lotus roots, and green peppers, which were 3.8%, 3.3%, 2.5%, 2.4%, and 2.3%, respectively; the top five price declines were cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, ginger, and carp, which were 2.4%, 1.8%, 1.6%, 1.3%, and 1.2%, respectively.
