According to Zhitong Finance App, Jinyong Investment (01328.HK) issued an announcement, effective from December 31, 2025: Mr. Li Jianping resigned as an independent non-executive director and is no longer a member of the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee; Mr. Shu Huadong no longer serves as a member of the Nomination Committee and has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and Ms. Ge Xin has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
