The office is the first airport office opened in mainland China following the resumption of Calcutta-Guangzhou and New Delhi- Guangzhou routes by Indigo. According to information, the office is located in the core check-in area of Baiyun Airport's T2 terminal and can provide passengers with timely on-site service support during flight operations. Since Calcutta-Guangzhou and Delhi-Guangzhou were put into operation, the inbound and outbound throughput of the two routes at the Baiyun Airport international aviation hub has reached 50,000 passengers, of which about 30% are transit passengers, and the average passenger occupancy rate has remained stable above 90%. The inbound and outbound throughput of the international aviation hub at Baiyun Airport is expected to reach 300,000 passengers in 2026.
