Postbank (01658): Chen Xue's qualifications as non-executive director approved

The bank's 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 deliberated and passed the bill to elect Ms. Chen Xue as the bank's non-executive director. The bank recently received the “China Financial Supervisory Authority's Approval on Chen Xue's Eligibility as a Director of Postbank” (Jin Fu [2025] No. 777), according to which the China Financial Supervisory Administration has approved Ms. Chen Xue's qualifications. According to relevant regulations, Ms. Chen Xue has been a non-executive director of the bank since December 29, 2025, for a term of 3 years. At the same time, Ms. Chen Xue is a member of the Bank's Board of Directors Risk Management Committee and a member of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
