Each consumer can subsidize 1 item of each type of product, and the subsidy is no more than 500 yuan per item. According to reports, in 2026, the replacement subsidy for digital products such as home appliances and mobile phones in Hainan Province will all be individual consumers. The Provincial Department of Commerce selected the China UnionPay Cloud QuickPass platform as the provincial service platform through public selection.
