According to CNN reports, people familiar with the matter revealed that the US side is currently making plans to send Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro to New York, where he will face charges in Manhattan federal court. US Attorney General Bondi said earlier that after being arrested in Venezuela, Maduro “will soon face comprehensive sanctions from the US administration of justice in the mainland of the United States.”
