(“Zhejiang Brain Aurora”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has officially signed the “Cognitive Digital Therapy Project Cooperation Agreement” with Beijing Jianguo Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Jianguo Medical”). From January 1, 2026 to December 30, 2026, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation on the topic of “Constructing and Promoting the Application of Mental Health Application Scenarios for Cognitive Function Assessment Training” to jointly promote standardization, scale and accessibility of digital therapy for cognitive impairment.

This cooperation is another important step for the company in implementing the application and ecological construction of digital therapy for cognitive impairment after participating in a major national science and technology project and being approved by the Beijing Key Laboratory for Digital Therapy for Dementia.
