It's true that something happened quite close, but it had nothing to do with it.” Moscow on Monday accused Kiev of trying to use 91 long-range attack drones to attack Putin's home in the Novgorod region of northern Russia, and said Russia will re-examine its position in negotiations with the US to end the war in Ukraine.
