On January 5, Xingzheng Global Fund announced that its first ETF product, Xingquan Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 Quality ETF, will be listed on January 8, with a share of 1,157 million shares. The ETF was established on December 5, 2025. As of December 30, 2025, the stock position reached more than 60%. This time, Xingzheng Global Fund used fixed income funds to subscribe for a total of 10 million shares of Xingquan's Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 quality ETFs, employees subscribed for 338.1 million shares, senior management, fund investment and research department heads held more than 1 million shares, and fund managers held a range of 100,000 to 500,000 shares. Judging from the shareholder structure, individual investors have become the main subscribers for Xingquan's Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 quality ETF, accounting for more than 80% of their holdings. In terms of institutional investors, Huafu Securities and Societe Generale Securities are the top two holders of the ETF, holding 50 million shares and 36 million shares respectively; in addition, Yunzhou Tenshi No. 7 Private Equity Investment Fund, a subsidiary of Shanghai Yunzhou Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., where Zhou Yingbo is at the helm, holds 7 million shares of the ETF.
