Meanwhile, the US International Trade Commission initiated a second anti-dumping and countervailing sundown industrial damage investigation to examine whether the substantial damage caused by imports of the products involved in the case would continue or recur within a reasonably foreseeable period if the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures were lifted. Stakeholders shall register their response to the lawsuit with the US Department of Commerce within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice. Stakeholders should submit responses to the US International Trade Commission by February 2, 2026, and submit comments to the US International Trade Commission on the adequacy of responses to this case by March 16, 2026 at the latest.
