ST Kaiyuan announced that the 2.194,300 shares of the company held by Jiang Sheng, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, will be judicially auctioned, accounting for 100% of the company's shares and 0.54% of the company's total share capital. If the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their co-actors all complete the judicial auction and share transfer, the share ratio held by the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their co-actors will change from 10.78% to 7.74%.
