The shares have been listed and circulated since July 1, 2024. Due to their own capital requirements, the two plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 34,187,500 shares through centralized bidding within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement, that is, no more than 1% of the total share capital. The holdings reduction price is determined according to the market price. If there is an exemption against interest, the amount of holdings reduction will be adjusted accordingly.
