Xinte Energy (01799): Nan Xinjian has been appointed as general manager

Zhitong Finance App News, Xinte Energy (01799) issued an announcement. Due to job adjustments, Mr. Yang Xiaodong (Mr. Yang) has resigned as the general manager of the company, effective January 5, 2026. Mr. Nan Xinjian (Mr. Nan) has been appointed as the general manager for a term of office beginning on January 5, 2026 until the end of the term of the fifth board of directors.

After resigning as general manager, Mr. Yang will continue to serve as a director of the Company and will hold a management position with TBEA Co., Ltd. (TBEA), the controlling shareholder of the Company. Due to changes in Mr. Yang's job position and responsibilities, the Company's executive director has been transferred to a non-executive director with effect from January 5, 2026.

Following review and approval at the board meeting, Mr. Huang Hanjie served as Chairman of the Board Strategy Committee, and Mr. Yang served as a member of the Board Strategy Committee, effective January 5, 2026.

The board of directors further announced that in order to improve the governance structure of the board of directors, Mr. Nan was nominated as an executive director. It is recommended that the appointment of Mr. Nan be subject to approval by shareholders in the form of an ordinary resolution at the shareholders' meeting before it can be implemented. In order to comply with the relevant adjustments, Mr. Hu Weijun (Mr. Hu) has resigned as an executive director and member of the Board's Remuneration and Assessment Committee. Effective January 5, 2026, Mr. Hu will continue to serve as the director and general manager of Xinte Silicone-Based New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company.
