After this transaction, the company's main business will add R&D, production and sales of pharmaceutical packaging materials such as pre-encapsulated drug delivery systems and automatic safe drug delivery systems. After the transaction is completed, the company can expand its product line into the field of pharmaceutical packaging materials by integrating the target company's technology accumulation and product layout. At the same time, after the completion of this transaction, by fully collaborating with the company's own hollow fiber filtration technology advantages and the target company's rich customer resources in the biopharmaceutical field, the two sides can achieve two-way empowerment of technical reserves and customer resources in the biopharmaceutical filter business, and jointly explore the biopharmaceutical upstream business market focusing on biopharmaceutical filters.
