The “Opinion” clearly states that industrial land, industrial research and development land, scientific research land, and storage land supplied within the administrative area of the city will be sold over a flexible period to support the high-quality development of the industry. Among them, land for general industrial projects is sold for a period of not more than 20 years. For related projects within industrial parks, land for major national industrial projects and major industrial projects at the municipal and regional levels with high investment intensity and long payback cycles, such as integrated circuits, intelligent connected new energy vehicles, biomedicine, aerospace, etc., can be sold for a period of 30 to 50 years.
