ING to Launch EUR500 Million Cash Payment in January

11:43 PM EST, 01/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ING Groep (INGA.AS) said Monday it will begin its total cash payment of 500 million euros to shareholders on Jan. 15. Based on 2.90 billion outstanding ordinary shares as of the end of 2025, the per-share cash payment amounts to 0.172 euro. The cash payment is part of the Dutch lender's distribution to shareholders, along with its ongoing share buyback program of up to 1.1 billion euros, which is expected to be completed by April 27.
