The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, shareholders of Yingsheng Science (00209) transferred shares from Lmagi Brokerage Limited to Futu Securities International Hong Kong with a market value of HK$1,968,900, accounting for 5.96%.

Earlier, Yingsheng Science announced that the company proposed to issue 7 shares for each existing share held on the record date, with a subscription price of HK$0.14 per share to raise up to HK$182 million in total proceeds by issuing up to approximately 1.3 billion shares to eligible shareholders (assuming there is no change in the number of shares issued on or before the record date).
