Otovo to Buy US-based Solar Service Professionals

01:44 AM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Otovo (OTOVO.OL) agreed to purchase US-based solar repair and maintenance services company Solar Service Professionals. The acquired business will be integrated into the energy services company's service business, according to a Thursday release. Closing of the deal is expected in early January, subject to standard closing conditions. The transaction will expand Otovo's footprint in the solar and storage market in California and is expected to be net income accretive in the year through the conversion of the acquired company's customer base to a subscription service.
