Halifax: UK Monthly Average House Prices Drop 0.6% in December 2025

Analysts expected a 0.2% uptick for the month. On a yearly basis, average house prices in the UK were 0.3% higher, compared with the revised 0.6% gain earlier and the expected 1.1% increase.
