PNE Divests 91-MW Wind Projects in Germany

06:18 AM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PNE (PNE3.F) sold six wind power projects in Germany with 91 megawatts of total capacity to renewable energy group Qualitas Energy Deutschland. Under the deal, the German developer divested the project rights for the 4.2-MW Großer Mittelberg, the 33-MW Herzhausen and the 13.2-MW Odensachsen wind projects, according to a Thursday release. Meanwhile, PNE will hand over the 6-MW Helenenberg, the 27.8-MW Welsche Lied and the 6.8-MW Zinndorf wind farms, which are under construction, on a turnkey basis. The sale was finalized at the end of 2025.
