According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tsuen Bank Hi-Tech (300087.SZ) announced that trading of the company's shares will resume with the opening of the market on the morning of January 9, 2026 (Friday). During the takeover period from December 4, 2025 to January 5, 2026, 3,763 accounts, totaling 298 million shares, accepted the offer issued by the acquirer China Seed Group Co., Ltd. (“China Seed Group”). After the takeover was completed, China Securities Group held 384 million shares of the company, accounting for 40.51% of the company's total share capital.
